Kitty Knows All ("Kitty", "we") is operated by INNOVURA PTY LTD (ACN on request), a company registered in Australia. By using kittyknowsall.com you agree to these terms.
What Kitty Knows All is
Kitty Knows All computes Vedic, Chinese BaZi and numerology charts from the birth details you enter and writes a reading based on them. It is entertainment and reflection, in the tradition of astrology. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and no decision should rest on it alone. Your effort and choices shape your life far more than any chart.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to buy a reading. When you enter another person's details, for a couples match or as part of Kitty Club, you confirm you have their permission.
What you buy
A purchase is a reading pass. A reading is one person's full set of reports; a couples match is one pair. One reading, and Two of us bought once, are yours to keep. Two of us yearly and Kitty Club renew every year until cancelled and reset their allowance at each renewal. Prices are shown before you pay. Local taxes may be added at checkout.
Payments and the merchant of record
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and receipts. Your receipt comes from Paddle. We never see or store your card details.
Renewals and cancelling
Yearly plans renew automatically on the anniversary of purchase. We email you seven days before a renewal. You can cancel at any time from the link on your receipt or by emailing us; cancelling stops the next renewal and your access continues to the end of the paid year. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Your pass
Your pass is stored in your browser and in the link on your receipt. It is not an account and it is not tied to a login. Keep the receipt; it is how you get back in on another device.
Fair use
Do not resell readings, scrape the service, or use it to harass or profile people. We may refuse or revoke access for abuse, with a refund where a purchase was made in good faith.
Content and accuracy
The chart calculations use published astronomical methods and are checked against reference software. The written reading is generated with an AI language model from those calculations and may contain errors. Read it as opinion, loudly held, by a cat.
Intellectual property
Your reading is yours to keep, print and share. The illustrations, text templates, software and the Kitty character belong to us.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply regardless of anything in these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
